Finding, actually accidentally stumbling across a color negative of a wooden chair with caned seat and back, I cut out the caning, which created windows for other worlds, in this case the forest on Sljeme, the mountain just north of Zagreb, from my first visit there in the springtime. The living forest, the “dead” wood made into a chair, all that was missing was some water, a cut-out from a blue-filtered reservoir near Cologne.
